The walk starts at the Woodrow Local Centre

The walk is approximately  3 miles (5 km) long and is along Country Park and Housing Estate Tarmac Walks.

There are toilets in the Town Centre at the end of Walk and parking: at Woodrow Centre.

The 57/58 circular bus passes both beginning and end on a regular basis.
